Form check videos- Send me videos of your exercises for real time coaching where I will be able to give feedback and correct your form/technique.

Access to everfit app where you will be able to download your programme and go through it step by step following detailed video demonstrations of each exercise.

Small group training
Follows the same structure as 1:1 training but with the energy and social element of a small group setting. Train with your friends/family in a small group of 2-3 people.

A completely bespoke and personalised online training programme that takes in to consideration all the needs and goals of the group and is updated monthly.
