Hi I’m Lauren!
I’m a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer and women’s specialist, which means that as well as working with the general population I am also certified to work with pre and post natal clients and women going through perimenopause/the menopause. I am extremely passionate about helping women across all stages of their life to get fit and feel confident in themselves.
Training and exercise has always been a huge part of my life. At the beginning of my career I trained at one of the top performing arts colleges in the UK where I gained a diploma in dance & musical theatre. After graduating I began to work professionally as a dancer in the UK and on cruise ships sailing around the world. This taught me many things including the art of discipline and how important it is to stay fit, active and healthy.
After finishing my dance career, I turned to strength training. My love for this has grown over the years and I eventually realised that my mission was to encourage and empower as many women as possible to understand the importance of exercise and to move their bodies on a daily basis.
If you choose to be coached by me I will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle where working out simply becomes a part of your regular week and most importantly something you look forward to and enjoy. I truly want you to become the best version of you.
