FAQs

Do I need access to a gym?

No you don’t. It’s your choice where you want to work out, and the unique plan I create for you will take that into consideration. For example, if you want to work out purely from home I will create a home workout plan. If you want to incorporate both home and gym workouts I can also create a plan that will include both.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone’s body and lifestyle are different, but here’s what you can expect with consistent effort:

2–4 weeks - You’ll start feeling a difference. More energy, improved strength, and better overall fitness.
6–8 weeks- You’ll often begin seeing changes in your body. Muscle tone, fat loss, posture, and how your clothes fit.
12+ weeks- This is where the real transformation happens. Strength, confidence, and lasting results become clear.

Remember: the more consistent you are with training, nutrition, and recovery, the faster and more sustainable your results will be.

I’m pregnant/postpartum, is this suitable?

Absolutely! I am fully qualified to take on clients that are pregnant and postpartum and provide them with a safe and effective plan to achieve their goals during and after pregnancy. Unless you have been strictly told by your doctor not to participate in exercise then I would always encourage pregnant and postpartum women to stay active as much as possible- it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby.

I’m a complete beginner- can I still join?

Yes of course! You don’t need to have any prior experience as my programmes are completely tailored to you as an individual. Therefore, I’ll take into account your previous experience, current fitness level, activities that you like/dislike etc. and with that information I will create a programme that is going g to help you progress and achieve goals even as a beginner.

Do you also provide nutrition guidance?

Yes I am qualified to provide my clients with nutrition guidance. For example, I will give you calorie and protein targets which can be adjusted through each stage of the programme. I can also give general guidance on food and what types of food you should be eating. I cannot however, issue full meal plans.
